Accounts downgraded to the Free plan are not required to enter billing information and will not be charged. Billing information is required for all Pro, Business, or Teams plan Accounts.
When you register for an Account, we collect your e-mail address and any user profile fields which are filled out, such as the user's name. This information is used solely for identification purposes in connection with the Service and email communication between you and the support staff.
