How is Enterprise different from the Ultra plan?

Ultra is built for one heavy user. Enterprise adds the layer teams need: multiple seats, workspaces, permissions, one invoice, admin visibility, SSO, and a dedicated onboarding contact.

Can we get SSO and centralised billing?
