What plans does DesignerBox offer?

Five plans: Free, Basic, Pro, Premium, and Ultra. Each paid plan can be billed monthly or yearly.

How do the plans differ?

Plans differ by how much storage you get and how many AI credits you can spend each month, from 112 credits on Free up to 8,000 on Ultra. Some features are plan-gated too: AI Video needs Pro or higher. See Plans, Credits, and Limits for the full table.

What are AI credits?

Credits are the single currency for AI generation. Every action shows its exact credit cost before you run it, and your monthly allowance refreshes with your billing cycle.

Can I buy extra credits?

Yes. Credit packs are one-off purchases from your billing settings: Starter (100 credits for $5), Standard (500 for $20), or Bulk (1,500 for $50). They are spent after your monthly allowance runs out and stay valid for 12 months.

What uses credits?

Generating images, videos, characters, upscales, and running techniques all spend credits. The exact cost depends on what you generate and is always shown before you run, so you are never charged unexpectedly. Video costs scale with duration.

How does the Ultra plan work?

Ultra is the team plan. Members share one workspace, and the credit allowance scales with the number of users.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings.
