What happens after you write

Every message goes to contact@designerbox.ai and is read by the team that builds the product. There is no ticket queue and no call centre.

Three requests have a time we keep to. A demo request is answered within one business day. A press request is answered within one working day. A data request is answered within 30 days at the latest, and usually sooner.

For anything else we do not promise a time. We would rather say nothing than promise something we cannot keep. Write once, with enough detail for a person to answer without a second email.

How do I ask for a copy of my data?
