How credits work

Credits are how DesignerBox counts work. You spend them when you make a picture or a video.

Your monthly allowance

Each plan includes a set number of credits a month. The numbers per plan are on the pricing page. Your balance is always visible in the app.

What a run costs

Different models and jobs cost different amounts. The exact cost in credits shows on the form before you press Run, and on a batch before you run the sheet.

When credits run short

A run that needs more credits than you have does not start, so a run can never surprise you. You can upgrade your plan, or buy a credit pack on a paid plan.
